During this condensed workshop students will leave with an original acrylic painting of their best friend, their own pet. We will be diving into the art of pet portraiture! Students will practice and perfect their drawing skills by first drawing the underlining portrait of their pet. Students will feel empowered through exploring the applications of acrylic painting to create other paintings with other subject matters. And best of all, students will be able to immortalize their pet in the form of art. Taught by Virginia Warwick.

Students will be asked to bring in a photo of their pet (or a photo of any pet you would like to paint).

Acrylic Paints, canvases, pallets, and easels will be provided for. The only supplies you need to bring are you own personal set of brushes--please bring a few different brush sizes of your choice.
